MY JOURNEY

Margaret began her journey in the industry, working as an architectural designer on museum and university projects to create meaningful spaces, reflective of each client’s vision.

Her transition to the role of contractor, primarily in luxury sectors, formed a solid understanding of the construction process and its complexities. A move to the owner’s representative side completed the “third-leg of the stool”; allowing Margaret to act as an effective advocate for the client, with sound basis of design and construction knowledge to support communications and decision making.

Margaret has a breadth of experience building throughout North America, including New York, Boston, Los Angeles, San Diego, Honolulu, Guam, Montreal, Vancouver and Miami, and others.

Sector experience includes Higher Education, Luxury Residential, Luxury Retail, Hospitality, Museums/Civic Works, and Sports Facilities & Stadiums.

Margaret holds a degree in Architectural Design, from Roger Williams University and continued studies at [formerly] Palazzo Ruccellai in Florence, Italy.

With a love of European architecture fully developed, Margaret ventured to Munich, Germany where she fostered a relationship with a local firm, expanding her knowledge of developing construction materials and processes.

Margaret took advantage of her time living in some of the most architecturally important cities in the world, to immerse herself in the culture, language and lifestyle.

On a personal level, Margaret finds outlet for creativity through writing and painting and enjoys hiking and camping in Colorado and Southern CA.
